First, in cold areas, antifreeze must be injected into the water tank. The label of fuel should be selected according to the ambient temperature.
Second, don't run under heavy load immediately after the engine is started in cold season, so as not to damage the engine. Pay attention to the normal oil pressure and water temperature before increasing the load operation.
Third: when stopping under heavy load, stop the machine after 3-5 minutes of no-load or idle running, otherwise it will easily damage the supercharger and make the piston pull the cylinder.
1.1.2 Preparation before unit operation/startup
Check before starting the machine.
Check engine oil: check whether the model and grade of lubricating oil meet the engine requirements and environmental requirements, and check the oil level of engine lubricating oil. The normal oil level is between L and H. Pay attention to the oil consumption compared with the last oil level. Normal engine oil consumption is less than 5‰ of fuel consumption.
Check the level of cooling water: check whether the cooling water in the water tank is full, check whether there is water leakage in the water tank, check whether the cooling network of the water tank is blocked, and check whether there is preservative or antifreeze added to the cooling water. The cooling water should be distilled water or softened water. Note that you can't open the water tank cover when you just stop the machine to prevent burns. Be sure to cover the water tank after the inspection.
Check the fuel: check whether the label of the fuel conforms to the ambient temperature, check whether there is oil residue and moisture discharged from the bottom of the fuel tank and the bottom of the oil-water separator, and check whether there is oil leakage or air leakage in the fuel pipe. If there is air in the oil circuit, the air must be discharged. Check whether the fuel pipe valve is open. 1.1.3 Preparation before unit operation/startup Check the battery: check the battery power indicator (generally blue indicates that the battery power is normal if there is an indicator), and check whether the battery level is appropriate, between the low position and the high position, not too full, not too low, and the specific gravity of battery liquid acidity is 1.28, which is confirmed according to the specific gravity of liquid acidity.
Add supplementary liquid or distilled water. Check whether the battery connection is firm.
Check the line of the unit: check whether the output cable of the generator is firm, whether the insulation sheath is damaged, and whether the control line is loose, open or short-circuited.
Check various connections: check the tightness of fan belt, water pump belt and charger belt, and check whether there is any damage or deviation, and check whether there is any looseness or damage of water pipes and gas pipes with various soft connections. Check the air intake and exhaust: check whether the air intake and exhaust are normal, check whether the air intake of the supercharger is blocked, and the air intake pressure indicator shows red indicating that the air intake is blocked, and check whether the intercooler leaks air.
